2. A Note on Intention

Jan Glinski Studio creates objects with care, intention, and respect for material.
These Terms exist to protect both you and us - so that everything remains clear, fair, and transparent.

By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

3. Products

Each piece is designed with attention to detail and crafted with high quality materials.

Because of this:

Slight variations in color, texture, or finish may occur.
Small differences are not defects, they are part of the object’s character.
Some objects meant to be different, original and different in shape, proportions etc.
- if so, the offer states that the object is a one-off (original piece) which makes it even more special.


Images on the website aim to represent the work accurately, but screens may alter perception.

4. Orders & Agreement

An agreement between you and Jan Gliński Studio is formed once you receive a written confirmation of your order via email.

We reserve the right to:
Decline an order
Cancel an order in case of pricing errors
Adjust availability

If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in € - EUR .
VAT is included where applicable unless otherwise stated.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
For orders outside the EU, customs duties or import taxes may apply and remain the responsibility of the buyer.

Payment must be completed before production or dispatch begins.

6. Shipping

Orders are shipped from:
Warsaw, Poland

Preparation and Delivery times are estimates.
We cannot guarantee courier performance, but we choose our partners carefully.

Once the parcel leaves our studio, the responsibility transfers upon delivery.

If your package arrives damaged:

Notify us within 24 hours
Provide photo documentation

We will handle it with care and seriousness.

7. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

If you are an EU-based consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your item.

Items must be:

Unused
In original condition
Carefully repackaged

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless required otherwise by law.

Please note:

Custom-made, made-to-order, personalized, limited edition, or prototype pieces may not be eligible for return, in accordance with EU regulations.


8. Warranty & Care

We offer a warranty of 24 months covering manufacturing defects.

This does not include:

Improper handling
Incorrect installation
Modifications
Accidental damage
Natural aging or patina of materials

9. Responsibility & Use

Our objects are designed for intentional use.

Jan Gliński Studio is not liable for damage or injury resulting from:

Improper installation
Misuse
Unauthorized modification

Use the pieces as intended, and they will serve you well.

10. Intellectual Property

All designs, images, texts, product concepts, and visual materials belong to Jan Gliński Studio.

They may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without written permission.

The work carries the identity of the studio. Please respect that.

11. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failure caused by circumstances beyond our control, including:
Natural events
Supply chain disruptions
Government restrictions
Transport interruptions

If such situations arise, we will communicate transparently.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of:
Poland

Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of:
Warsaw, Poland
