Orders are shipped from Warsaw, Poland.

Please note: All pieces are custom-made with care.

Production times vary by item and are clearly specified on each individual product page.

1. Shipping:

We ship worldwide. Delivery times vary depending on destination and courier and are always estimates - we cannot guarantee courier performance, but we select our partners with care.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and parcel size.
For orders outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, or local fees may apply. These remain the sole responsibility of the buyer. We recommend checking your local regulations before placing an order.

2. Packaging:
Every piece - regardless of size - is packed with attention to protect both the object and the experience of receiving it. Fragile and large items receive additional protective packaging.

If your order arrives damaged:
Notify us within 24 hours of delivery
Provide clear photo documentation of the damage and packaging

3. Returns:
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If something is not right, please reach out before taking any steps - we will always try to find a fair solution.

- Standard pieces:
If you are an EU-based consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your item, in accordance with EU consumer law.
To initiate a return, contact us at info@janglinski.studio within the 14-day window.

Returned items must be:
Unused and in original condition
Carefully and securely repackaged
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds are issued once the item has been received and inspected.

Made-to-order, custom, and original pieces. Items produced to order, personalised, limited edition, prototype, or sold as one-off originals are not eligible for return.

This is in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU, which exempts made-to-order goods from the standard right of withdrawal.

This will always be clearly stated in the product listing at the time of purchase.

4. Warranty
All pieces are covered by a 24-month warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery.

This warranty does not cover:
Improper handling or installation
Unauthorised modifications
Accidental damage
Natural aging or patina of materials

If something feels wrong, contact us at info@janglinski.studio with your order number and photos. If a defect is confirmed, we will offer a repair, replacement, or refund - always with care and fairness.
